What is Remortgaging?

A remortgage changes your mortgage without moving your
house. Remortgaging is the process to switch you mortgage
to another lender who offers a better business rate than your
current lender.

A remortgage can also be employed to raise additional finances
while releasing from the stockholder's equity in your property.
